Crisis Lines

24/7 confidential support for anyone experiencing emotional distress, a mental health crisis, or who simply needs someone to talk to.

Suicide Prevention

Crisis intervention, emotional support, and safety planning for anyone experiencing thoughts of suicide or concerned about someone else.

Emergency Services

Call 911 immediately if:

  • You or someone else is in immediate danger.

  • There is a medical emergency.

  • Someone is unable to keep themselves or others safe.
